Fitness Rowing is for rowers who have participated in Learn to Row for more than 6 months and who want to continue to advance their fitness and skills. Classes are held concurrently with Learn to Row. Club members, with invitation from the coach, can also participate in Novice Comp crew practices.
|Intermediate-Advanced Pairs Camp with Larry Gluckman||January 31 to February 2, 2020
Learn-to-Row is an on-going class where rowers new to the sport can polish their technique and begin to work on their endurance. Rowers may repeat this class as often as they like, and it does not require a Rio membership. If you have never rowed before, you must enroll in Discover Rowing before taking Learn-to-Row.
A“Discover Rowing" session, or possession of a comparable skill set with permission from the coach, is a prerequisite for joining Learn-to-Row.
Please note: class fees are due on the first of every month, for the entire month. We do not prorate class fees.
