Beginner Rowing Camp with Liz Jones
This camp is for people who have never been in a boat or have up to one year of sculling. This is a beginners’ class introducing and reviewing the basics.
Note: this is a five day camp!
The rowers will be sculling in singles and doubles, as appropriate. The coaches provide a detailed daily video review with each rower to identify technical aspects of the stroke and guidance for improvement. This video review takes place between the morning and afternoon sessions, at which time lunch will be provided. A camp dinner is also included for all participants. COVID19 precautions will be in place.
