This is an intermediate sculling camp for athletes with at least one year of recent and frequent on-the-water rowing experience who are comfortable in a racing shell and able to launch and recover their boat independently. This camp is designed for rowers who want to move to the next level or brush up on their current technique. Though not a requirement, campers in this clinic ideally should be able to comfortably row about a 6-minute 1K on the water.
Liz has been an instructor at Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Florida Rowing Center and Rocky Mountain Rowing Center. Liz currently coaches and lives in Donnelly, Idaho. As a coach in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she taught all ages and experience levels, from youth all-star teams to collegiate, masters and finally, a senior program for 70+ adults. Her experience as a competitor includes 20 US and Canadian Sculling National Championship titles in a single, double, mixed double and quad.
More about Liz can be viewed in her camps introduction video.
